American politicians, Indian diaspora looking to give Grand Welcome as PM Modi set to visit US
American politicians, prominent citizens as well as the Indian diaspora are looking to give a grand welcome to Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his upcoming visit to the US. Ahead of the visit, Congressman Gregory Meeks said he is looking forward to hearing from Mr. Modi during the Joint Meeting of the Congress on his vision for India, relationship with the US and shared work together to advance peace, prosperity, democratic values and stability in the Indo Pacific.
Congressman Greg Landsman said he is looking forward to the arrival of Prime Minister Modi in Washington DC next week. He said India is a key partner in the efforts to strengthen democracy in the US and around the world.
